Is it possible that anonymous users can vote on poll feature? I have a very simple poll module ( what's you idea about web site content? ) and for this , I dont want to signup users. is It possible that set module setting for this purpose?

Yes, you can check "Anonymous voting?" option in module settings of you poll module instance on your page.
