I think this is not currently possible, going by threads like this https://www.mojoportal.com/Forums/Thread.aspx?pageid=5&t=8743~1

We already have

<add key="ShowEmailInMemberList" value="true" />

so it would be nice to have:

<add key="ShowEmailOnProfile" value="true" />

(and similar settings for the other default user properties, which currently can only be hidden using CSS).
