Form Wizard Pro custom class

Hey Joe,

Just ran into a small bug with the Form Wizard Pro. When a custom class is added, it is added to the panelwrapper instead of the outerbody - this is the opposite of most other things. These should be uniform, whichever panel you decide to add them to. Personally I'm an advocate of adding them to outerbody since it is higher up and thus offers more options via CSS.

Thanks,
-Isaac

I'll fix this for the next release.

Thanks,
