This page does demonstrate the skin preview feature of mojoportal. You can add a skin parameter to the Url querystring like skin=IBuySpy  As long as the corresponding skin exists it will use that skin to display the site.  This way you could send a link of a new skin around to the decision makers before making it the skin for the site.
