Speaking about MemberList.aspx, it already differs for admins and non-admins ("add user" link).
There could also be a combobox "show only in role: all, admins, ..." showed only to admins and role admins.
I will consider implementing this but not sure when yet.
I would like a role system too for editing or view or mailing users.
Add 2 tabs to the user in admin mode (Role User Viewers and Role User Editors) and store the content to 2 new tables
Create at least 2 Roles (User Viewers and User Editors)
Add the Roles to the user
Add users to these Roles
In this way you can assign viewing a part of the userlist to members that ar member off 'view public member' or 'view super users'
Could you implement this if I make the the Code or are You willing to code it.
I do not really see the need for this complexity of roles for viewing or editing users. All users can view other users public info and only administrators can edit users. This seems sufficient and natural to me.
I do have plans for a private message system within the site so that users can send messages to other users within the site without having access to their email addresses.
