Add web address for company info and use this in portal:CopyrightLabel

The standard footer using <portal:CopyrightLabel ID="cl1" runat="server" ShowYear="true" BeginYear="2004" /> shows something like

© 2004 - 2014 [the Company Name from Site Settings]

In most sites we would like this to be a hyperlink to the company/organisation's web site.

To achieve this, can we add another property for Web Site to the Company Info in Site Settings, then, if this is populated, make the Company Name part of the CopyrightLabel into a link.
