HTML Emails for confirmations

Thanks for adding the config setting for newletter emails to be sent in HTML. Would it be possible to add config settings for the other email confirmations that get sent as well?

For example: 

  • AccountApprovedMessage 
  • PasswordEmailMessage
  • PasswordSentMessage
  • RegisterConfirmEmailMessage
  • RegistrationConfirmedEmailMessage

and so on...
