I have worked with a number of customers that had  need to use the calendar to "link" off to another URL, instead of creating a dedicated event page for a date.

This should be a simple feature to add.

For example, on my calendar I create an event called "Halloween Party Bobs Barbeque", and I want the customer to click on this event and have a new window open and jump to www.bobsbarbeque.com.
