Re: UseAppKeepAlive

Hi Joe,

I just looked at the code and saw my comments there that it can't work in IIS 7 integrated mode

// NOTE: In IIS 7 using integrated mode, HttpContext.Current will always be null in Application_Start
// http://weblogs.asp.net/jgaylord/archive/2008/09/04/iis7-integrated-mode-and-global-asax.aspx

Not sure of an alternate solution for IIS Integrated mode at the moment, but I'll ponder it.

Best,

Joe

Re: UseAppKeepAlive

Thanks for the quick response. I changed the app pool over to classic and all is working. I prefer to use Integrated but the KeepAlive feature is more important right now.

As a side note, I can't download the EventCalendarPro update for 2.3.0.8. When I click on the download link in my order history, it gives me the 0.0.1.3c version.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: UseAppKeepAlive

Hi Joe,

Try the Event Calendar Pro download again now. I was absolutely sure I uploaded the new version but just now when I cheked it it was also 0.0.1.3c so I uploaded it again.

Best,

Joe

Re: UseAppKeepAlive

I was able to come up with a solution that works in Integrated pipeline mode, so this will work in the next release.

Best,

Joe
